yee ha i finally did it got my page how i want it for now also just to let ya all know i am feeling so much better still havent gotten sick i started taking papaya enzyme (thanks heather ) also not taking zoloft any more taking kava kava  also am taking pobiotics as well and other vitamins an i have been eating raw and cut out red meat i will eat fish  i can honestly say i feel and my honey says look better !! and emotianly im awesome i feel like a new person thanks to all of ya for your advice!!
